RESOLUTION IN HONOR OF JOE SWANSON

WHEREAS, JOE SWANSON of Franklin County recently departed this life;

AND WHEREAS, JOE SWANSON, was a dedicated supporter of the Franklin County Republican Party;

AND WHEREAS, JOE SWANSON unselfishly gave of his time, energy and talents to the furtherance of the Franklin County Republican Party;

AND WHEREAS, JOE SWANSON was a Republican candidate for County Commissioner in 2004 and represented the Republican Party well in those elections;

AND WHEREAS, JOE SWANSON was a great conservative leader who believed in common sense in government and was a person of bravery and principle and never backed down from what he believed was right for Franklin County;

AND WHEREAS, the Franklin County Republican Party seeks to honor JOE SWANSON and express its heartfelt and official condolences to his family on his death;

NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Franklin County Republican Party honor JOE SWANSON by the adoption of this resolution for the accomplishments herein stated and that a copy of this resolution be presented to the family of JOE SWANSON.
