Feb. 20: Commissioners hustle into closed session.
The Franklin County Board of Commissioners held an emergency closed meeting discussing the sheriff's situation Feb. 20. Commission Chairman Sid Dunston said "no action (was) taken" during the closed session which lasted about an hour. Along with the print media WRAL and WNCN were present at the meeting.
