SB132 - Protect Children from Sexual Predators (Conference Report): Expands the scope of certain pornography laws by amending the definition of sexual activity; increases the penalty for first, second and third degree sexual exploitation of a minor; makes it a felony for a registered sex offender to access a commercial social networking web site; and prohibits a registered sex offender from obtaining a name change.
