Berger is begging for votes from
criminals..... Dr. Bert L'Homme, Franklin County Superintendent of Schools: "...the school system will not hire a teacher with a criminal record." Doug Berger's bill would erase felonies such taking indecent liberties with a student, and employing minors to sell drugs. In opposition to Berger's bill Dr. L'Homme said, “I believe we are protecting our children, there are other jobs (other than teaching)”
